Tough question but I go with Hit Em Up. While Real Muthaphuckin G's is one of my favourite songs ever, Hit Em Up still holds it down as the most vicious diss track ever recorded (IMO). I still remember feeling shocked when I first heard it because of all the west/east craziness going on at that time and when I listened to it after Pac's death it even made me feel uncomfortable.

Eazy E broke down the beef more on his. Talked about how he was still making money off of Dre and Suge was beating up artists. Hitemup is just dirty dozens at its finest. Str8 clowning folks but lyrically. I personally like Hitemup more.

While muthaphuckin G's is a dope track, this goes to Hit Em Up hands down. It's the most vicious lyrics ever captured on tape and he shook a whole coast with that. It's easily the greatest diss song ever IMO.

I guess being on D.R. brought out the best of Pac... and the worst...

Hit Em Up is easily the better song.  2Pac and the Outlawz came vicious on that song.  real Mothafuckin Gz was dope, but it can't hold a candle to Hit Em Up.
