Tough question but I go with Hit Em Up. While Real Muthaphuckin G's is one of my favourite songs ever, Hit Em Up still holds it down as the most vicious diss track ever recorded (IMO). I still remember feeling shocked when I first heard it because of all the west/east craziness going on at that time and when I listened to it after Pac's death it even made me feel uncomfortable.
Eazy E for me, I don't like Hit em up at all.

That song has some venom. I just remember listening to that thinking this will push this beef to a whole new level. Nobody really has a diss track like that nor do I think anyone wants to go there that much with another artist.
