"MC Conditioner"
« on: April 09, 2001, 12:09:39 AM »
This song was done so badly!!! The quality doesn't sound like CD quality at all...I know that ODB rapped over jail, but it coul've been done better, or they could've used an unreleased ODB verse off one of his leftovers....That was so dumb to have him rap over the phone...You can tell so easily he wasn't in the Studio recording that shit...You would think they woudl try to make the Snoop track as good as they can, but they fuck it up with some cheap quality Verse...This song sounds like it was burned off Napster or some shit..Who ever has it on Napster is probly thinkin "Damn, i didnt get teh CDQ version!"...I dontr know how they can release such shit quality...

Anyways Snoop came tight as fuck on that song, they reuined his great verse!!!

He ACTUALLY SAYS In The Song, If You Listen To Him, "27 Year Old-No-Educated"

I Couldn't Believe It When I Heard It... You'd Think They'd Take Snoop's Tight Ass Verse And Put It On Some Other Song, But NOOOOO, I Guess They Wanted Snoop To Save The Track... It's The Only Time ODB's On The Cd, So I Guess They Figured Snoop Could Work With It The Best, Since He's Used To Rapping With Shitty Rappers...

It's Pretty Tight How Snoop Steals ODB's Flow From The First Verse, And Kinda Upstages Him On His Verse.... I Was Really Feelin' That Verse Whenever It Came Out.

Yea, but I still dont understand why they had him rap over jail??? Couldn't they have used like a Left over from like one of his old CD's..I'm sure ODB already had at least one unreleased verse (in good quality)...

That was dumb..It was even worse then how Master P fucked up "Pop ya Colla"....

They should had a Method man verse instead, or use an unreleased ODB verse...

You would think they would try to make the track with Snoop the best one, since Snoop is teh best guest artist on the album...

Yo this whole song is wack. Snoop doesn't fit in with the Wu Tang Clan and it was a mistake to put him on the album. This is a filler track in my opinion. They just wanted to have ODB on the album. Horrible song. also Redman and nas did the best two guest performances on that album. Check there verses.

I didnt know that they actually did it over the phone. hahahaa tahts funny

When i heard it it sounded like shit quality but i thought that it might have been from a verse they found on a non master tape

Thats funny shit thou

I wonder what the jail guards were thinking when they say on one side RZA holding a portable tape recorded next to the phone & then the other side ODB holding the phone like it was a mic & yelling his weird rhymes (i dont even think there rhymes)

Yall Get At Gatewon About X-Raided.. He's Been In Jail For Years Now, And Up Until A Year Ago, They Didn't Know How He Was Recording... Come To Find Out, For 1 Album, They'd Call His Ass On 1 Line, He'd Listen To The Beat, And Then He'd Call Them On Another Line, And Do His Lyrics, While Listening To The Beat On The Other Line!  ... Then They Caught Him Doing That, So He Released Like 3 More Albums, And Come To Find Out Some Guard Snuck A Mini Disc Recorder Into His Cell, To Get His Vocals Done With... LOL... UNBELIEVABLE
