As  I lay awake at night
and the angels appear to sigh
a good long rest is what I need
for the angels help me dream

I see lil ones to him belong
sometimes me and God don't get a long
but when I see Jesus face
passionate tears on my face

I remember when he died for me
all my cares are now free
and I know he loves me
swept in powerful arms

So now I speak to you
and remind that He loves you too
when in heavenly doubt
speak to him he leaves no doubt
