Nuttso is on at least 3-4 tracks, so maybe they had plans for him to blow up in 97 had Pac not been shot

 Who has released this album  - Death Row? Did it ever hit the shelves?
 Unconditional Love has no pac on it? What's the deal with this song? Do they have both mc hammer and 2pac on that song?
 And by the way : this album is freaking good, I think rare as f... too
