(Help) How to view files if having problems logging under another username.

Got home this morning to find that my laptop's been tampered with. I'm running a virus scan now, but I dun think it's a virus. I can't log under my name, and I can't view any files in that usernames document folder.....it has the majority of all my music & porn,

I'm unable to sign in using that log-in, which I dun mind, I juss want to access those folders. Can anyone help?
