[edit] Record Sales
"Year of the Dog...Again" is DMX's only solo album to have not debuted at #1 (he's previous 5 albums all debuted at #1 on the billboard 200 chart). The album sold around 125,000 copies in the U.S on its first week. In the albums second week of availability, it sold roughly 50,000 in the U.S. As of November 29 2006, Year of the Dog...Again has sold roughly 530,000 in the U.S alone, and has been classified gold by the RIAA.

Whoever wrote that is a DMX groupie.  DMX did NOT sell 530K in the U.S., and the album has not been certified Gold.  Last I saw the album on the Soundscan charts, he had moved about 275K total in the U.S.  Best believe his career is over now.

So sad, It's Dark is a classic and probably one of the hardest albums ever.
