Makes my eyes go a bit funky when i move it onto PS3 screenshots, I guess 360 had slightly more development thought in mind while PS3 was just 'rush for the launch so people buy our title first', a sure market boost for their company. Overall I'd rather go 360 as ever.

Once again I see absolutely no reason to purchase a ps3.  I'm sure the ps3 will probably be horsepower wise capable of a slightly better looking game than a 360, but as with most things Sony, they've half assed *THESE* games and they ought to be embarassed.  I don't know what their business plan is; they have absolutely nothing to offer over the competition save a small, tiny handfull of exclusive titles.  360 and Wii also have exclusive titles making the advantage tiny.... even if Sony can claim Gran Turismo and a few others as exclusives, Nintendo has Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong, Metroid etc. so they really even loose the exclusivity battle because the exclusives on the other systems are more desirable.

GOW shits on every ps3 game out now. Lets see in a year from now who got the better graphics.
But i did read somewhere that making games for the ps3 is still extremly difficult. And that their only using 20% of the possibilities. But it is a console with a lot of potential. So we have to wait a while to see who got the better graphics.

its true that ps3 aint been used fully right now.. hell what is at launch? but ps3 is also very very hard to program for.. anyone thats done multithreaded programming with more than 2 threads (like i have) will know that synchronisation is a nightmare.. add parallelisation to the mix and you're looking at 2 obstacles.. 1) timing nightmares (race conditions, deadlocks etc).. where nothing happens the same way twice (which used to be an advantage with consoles being predicatable "closed platforms").. and 2) data management/synchronisation issues.. which thread can touch that data now? sounds simple.. it aint! mutexs, semaphores.. blah.. stuff of nightmares
