I think Layzie used elements from the song to pay respect to Snoop, he wasn't using them negatively. It is probably attorneys and shit but I'ma keep silent til we have more info.

Not to get too far off of the subject, but this kinda fits the topic of artists whom we thought were friends, but ended up fucking each other in the end.

November Issue of The Source, theres an article on Lil Troy from Houston.  It goes on to read that he had a big hand in getting Scarface and Rap A Lot together and even recorded much of his early music which resulted in him landing a recording contract.  Scarface sued him for some music that was used on Troys last album, and this all happened while Troy was in jail.  How fucked up is that.  It's really hard for me to believe that Scarface would sue Troy while hes in Jail over some old ass promo tracks.  Makes you wonder if artists like Scarface and Snoop have to answer to their publishers more then we think.  Maybe its their publisher thats behind all of this.  I dont know.  Just tossing out another example...
