Just because someone is a rapper doesnt mean they are a MC. It takes alot to be considered an MC( master of ceremonies).

hip hop is what you live and rap is what you do. hip hop artist consist of political, revolutionary, and consious minds but rap artist mostly talk about money sex drugs and women. there is really a difference no matter how you look at it.
