8 Mile Rapper 'Lycety Split' Signed To Digital Distribution Deal

Recognized by hip hop fanatics from his role as 'Lycety Split' in Eminem's
box office hit, 8 Mile, rapper Strike has just been signed to a major
digital distribution deal with INgrooves. With music downloading popularity
increasing and record sales decreasing, this marks a key step to an evident
shift in the music industry.

"The industry has come to another future checkpoint, digital downloading,
and I am so honored to be a part of that," commented the Detroit lyricist.

INgrooves, a digital media publisher and technology company, executes
distribution, marketing and licensing services (music to television, films,
video games) through INgroovesTM, INgrooves Mobile MusicTM, and Digital
Music AccesTM.

Strike's manager Chris Trife said, "Digital downloading is the future of
selling music and I believe that records will be extinct in the near
future."

Strike will be represented by INgrooves reguarding distribution, his releases
and potential earnings as an artist. By distributing audio and video content
to over 300 Internet and mobile stores worldwide with its unique
patent-pending technology format, INgrooves proves to be beneficial to
Strike as his music will be heard on all ends.

"This deal to me is like MJ getting his chance at the NBA and showing the
world what he can do," said Strike.

A part of the Free World clique in 8 Mile, Strike was the hard-core rapper
beefing with main character Eminem. One of the few Detrioit rappers to make
an appearance in the film, he's branched off since then to various DVDs and
an upcoming movie with Capone-n-Noreaga. Having performed recently on Method
Man's citywide tour and with an independent album (Freeworld) already in the
markets, he hopes to excel with the release of his next album, with
production by Shake Em Down Music, Nick Speed, Butter (Crazy Noise Productions), Yonny, WhiteMike and Rockwise, storewide
in January.

"Strike is an artist that the hip hop game needs," said manager Trife. "He's
real, he's different and very original."

Be on the lookout for newly-signed INgrooves artist Strike at a street near
