i also bought about 500 cds at tower for like 3 bucks and im sure there will be some garbage.

I have a lot of local rap CD's that are just garbage.  And I just picked up 30 CD's at a gov't auction for $0.10 each.  But I'd have to say the worst album I actually bought at a store for full price was:

Hydraulic Funk
Afrika Bambaataa




I mean it's Afrika Bambaataa!  This came out in 2000, and I've never even finished listening to it.
