I started the year with inspiration, together wit the homies thizzed out
reppin that thizz nation, but our click, we locs, we turf'd out
couple of visits to jail, but it made me learn alot though..
like how to control myself, especially when it come to 5-0
and as I roll.. in to 2K7, I'ma have ta improve the way I'm livin..
much sharper this time around, no more careless trippin
them hoes, they came and went, 1 of them was kinda special
but she was confused, nowhere near my kinda level
but then again, she was just like me, it's crazy
I guess I'm just as confused, my mind is hazy
I never chase them thighs, that's a temporary high
I rather reach the sky, hell yeah I'm on the rise
so it was back to dwellin wit them tramps, yup, just like always
doin the grown man, like time in a cell instead of them hallways
I made some good money, but still dealin on the side
that 9 to 5 is more dependable, but you know how zilla ride
turned 21, did it BIG like pun, OG told me, son.. you had a good run
and the rest of ure life, man.. it has only begun, so have fun
but.... that American dream keeps going through my mind
and a dream of a better life just motivates my grind
some talk about it, but me n my hustlaz really live it
always took life for granted, till the day of my accident

but I was so damm close for a migration to heaven
I guess god is on my side, I know he lookin out 4 me
