Mike Furrey Led the NFC in Receptions
« on: January 10, 2007, 10:16:15 AM »
I was looking at some stats today, and i knew Furrey had a good year, but damn! I didnt know he led the NFC in receptions (98) Thats FANTASTIC considering Roy gets a ton of balls on the other side. 1086 yds and 6 td's could have been a little higher, but the last 4 weeks he went off! I just thought this was interesting considering this was his first year EVER playing WR as he was a CB before this...Fantasy owners hes a DEF steal next year as he will fly off many radars...I had him as my 3 Wr this year and he was a great 3rd option! Just thought id share this with everyone especially fantasy owners...

I also picked up Mike Furrey after realizing my 3rd rd pick (Randy Moss) wasn't gonna do shit. Saved my fantasy team. We had a 12 team league starting 2 qb's 2 rb's 3 wr's and a te.
I've forgot more about music and sports than you will ever know!!!
