HELP!!!!!

I havent had much time on my computer for like the last month(work has me workin mad OT hours)so yhis week i noticed that some pages like MSN,Yahoo(certain sections like sports),etc are still Jan. 1 2007.it seems like it hasnt been updated on my computer because the one at work seems everythin is up to date.ive tried restorin my comp to todays date and yesterdays date but no results.now im wonderin how this happened or how this effects my pc.IF ANYBODY KNOWS WHAT IM TALKIN ABOUT NEED HELP.ive tried googlin but cant find no answers.my last resort is callin up my internet provider and tellin them the wtf but thought id give you guys a try.THX

must be something to do with your cacheing/proxy settings.. ctrl-f5 forces the browser to get the "real" latest page
