Pac may be overrated, but he deserves a lot of acclaim.  The people that don't understand are the ones that weren't listening to hip hop when Pac was alive.

the people who dont understand are largely the ones who feel jeezy and acts like that now. they dont understand the substance in pac's rhymes and the older styles of production.
