thats what the fuck im talkin about baby. 2 bananas chocolate ice cream milk in a smoothie, 100-15o pushups a day, ive been doin that for about a month straight

^you should do some chin ups too, swap to wide grip too.

also dips are good for the triceps, just get a chair get in front of it and dip down, make sure to keep your back strait and close to the chair also goto dip down not on an angle, also good to have the legs raised.

and you can do different plants for the pushups, close to the body and closer to the waist will work your tri's and pecs.

Lately, I have been doing "explosive" push-ups in my workout, instead of pushing up normally, try and push explosively back into the start position when you're at floor level. You feel like you've worked alot harder in alot less reps.
