1. Very good question, lol.  It's because they don't fully realize that it's poison.  If they were POSITIVE it was poison, they wouldn't do it.  That's why it's up to the adults, to take care of the children and raise them right, with a firm foundation of what's real and what's fake.  Peeps use alcohol and drugs as a fake love.
