yeah word on techniec...and e40 is a dope rapper but his lyrics have never impressed me...he has style and flow for DAYS though, and he puts great songs together, 2pac could spit with the best of them when he so chose and was honestly as consistent as a dude like Tray Deee. So I'ma have to co-sign 2pac is among the great west coast lyricists...another good sign of a good lyricist is if it's still entertaining to read their work on the page, and 2pac definitely wins in that category against alot of cats. even if crooked I may have more linguistic dexterity, I'd read a book of 2pac lyrics before crooked's, or even Kurupts. I'm sayng his actual rap lyrics too, not his volumes of poetry...those are dope too though.
