i lost 15 pounds about 3 months. Tip: work out upper body/chest 2 days a week and legs/running 2 days a week.

eat protein bars/ salad and shit like that.

i just started up circut training, and for my diet its a a oatmeal bar for breakfast and lunch, and a power  bar after workout, and a high protien dinner. o and 2 pills of xcience or whateva

Last Summer I Went On A Diet. I Weighed Like 190 and I'm 6'0 tall. I Hit Up 24 Hour Fitnes M-F. I Hit The Treadmill for 30 min., weight lifting for one hour and Handball for another hour. I Ate Strictly healthy shit. no sodas, no fried food, no mayo, cheese, shit like that. I lost 30 pounds In 2 1/2 months. I Got down to 160. Then I Cancelled my gym membership. and I got fat again. I'm trying to lose wight again though. In 3 weeks, I've lost 5 pounds. I'm Back to 171. I'm Ony 11 Pounds away.

Man, this shit is backfiring. I'm like a bitch, I'm losing all my weight in my waist. I used to be a size 33 waist, but now my shits be sagging harder than Lil Wayne. I don't look any leaner though.

I don't touch pills. Fuck that shit. Strictly natural. I guess I should be happy though since I am getting results, but I wanna get lean not lose my muscle mass and get skinny. I guess I'll be lifting heavier weights.

Buy protein shakes with gludimine (spelled wrong).  It restores your lost muscles.  You should drink those carbo force during workout...gives good energy to burn fat.
