I don't touch pills. Fuck that shit. Strictly natural. I guess I should be happy though since I am getting results, but I wanna get lean not lose my muscle mass and get skinny. I guess I'll be lifting heavier weights.

COULD BE YOUR training are you doing too  much cardio? try cutting out a few days of cardio for weights instead

are you in the uk if so the holland and barret proteins shakes are supposed to be great my friend uses them and hes a fitness trainer

For the past month I've been running 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. I was planning on dropping to 3 days a week once I met my goals, but I might just do what you're saying and alternate my cardio and weight lifting days.

I haven't been lifting consistantly because of anxiety attacks. I never had them before 2 weeks ago. Its weird. I went to the hospital twice from it in a week. They did blood tests an ecg and chest x ray and found nothing so its not heart related. I know it is anxiety related chest pains because it convienently happened a few dayhs after I got layed of from work and started back up after I got arrested on Saturday. I gained like 5 lbs from just not working out as much.

thats too much running if you trying to bulk and tone try 2 days running 3 days weights with 2 days rest or add another day of weight training and 1 day rest

 btw work lats on 1 day your  no body without the wings man

I'm not trying to bulk right now though. I wanna lose as much body fat as possible without losing too much muscle. I work lats and everything out each week, but on weak weight so that I continue losing weight.
