In this week's Hip-Hop Charts, Young Jeezy exits the Top 10, Nas continues to descend and Eminem and company trail behind.

Although he is no longer in Top 10 territory, Young Jeezy holds the No. 1 rap spot this week, slipping five seats to No. 14. The Snowman still has fiends craving, as his numbers for this week read off at 30,700. According to the Nielsen SoundScan, The Inspiration has reeled in a total of 741,000 copies.

The going has begun to get tough for Nas. Hip Hop is Dead drops to No. 22 moving only 25,200 units this week. After 5 weeks, the album has a sold a total of 560,000 copies.

Despite a slight decrease in sales, Eminem and his Shady crew are slowly but surely approaching the platinum target. The Re-Up scans 24,500 copies this week and stands at No. 25. The album has sold 792,000 units.

Stepping up his game this week, Snoop Dogg moves two spots to No. 28. Tha Blue Carpet Treatment is also moving toward platinum road as the album moves 21,900 units and brings its total to 713,300.

Jay-Z manages to stay put at No. 29 as Kingdom Come moves 21,600 units in its ninth week. The album has sold a total of 1,283,800 copies.

Birdman and Lil' Wayne also refuse to budge and hang on to their No. 48 spot. Like Father and Son moves 15,500 copies, bringing the album's total sales to 553,000.

Flipping the script, The Dreamgirls soundtrack steps down, Corrine Bailey Rae leaps into the Top 10 and Akon trips. After holding the No. 1 spot for two weeks in a row, The Dreamgirls soundtrack drops to 2nd place. Thanks to all the Oscar hoopla, the CD has a slight increase in sales and pushes 65,200 units this week. The total for the album reads off at 577,300. Corrine Bailey Rae, who sat at No. 32 last week, makes an amazing jump to take the No. 4 spot this week. Her self titled CD moves up 28 spots by hustling 55,000 copies in its 31st week on the charts. To date, the British bred singer has sold a total of 872,700 copies. After keeping the No. 2 spot warm for the past two weeks, Akon slides down to No. 5. Konvicted is still selling like hot cakes, moving 52,000 units this week and bringing the albums total sales to 1,328,000. Justin Timberlake slows down his pace this week and jogs three steps down to No. 3. FutureSex/Love Sounds only pushes 42,200 copies this week and its tally stands at 2,521,500. A decrease in sales shoves Beyonce four spots to No. 10 this week. B'Day nets 32,800 copies, bringing her total to 2,125,900. The heightening buzz of "Lost Without You" helps Robin Thicke maintain his No. 16 spot. Evolution Of Robin pushes 29,355 units in its sixteenth week and has total sales of 326,600 copies. Despite securing his No. 27 spot, Omarion continues to struggle in the sales department. 21 moves 22,700 copies this week, bringing the albums total sales to 209,000 in its 4th week.

Next week look for Rza, Sunshine Anderson and Pretty Ricky to shake things up on the Hip-Hop Charts.
