play burned games on tha PS2 cuz i know u cant play burned games on ps1 unless u have a certain chip n i was wonderin if i could play burned games on tha ps2 i heard tha ps2 already camed with that chip but im not sure do n e of u guy know if it does have that chip already???

It's hard(er) to get the mod chips cause sony shut down the people that make them.

I was gonna get one, but I want one that makes it so I dont have to do a swap on ps1, and ps2 codes, and unlocks all regions on the dvd player. There isnt one out there right now to my knowlegde that does all this. Plus the ones out there right now you have to solder like 40 some wires, and from what I hear, they fuck up your lazer... Oh well...

the other way is,u pull off the front of the disk tray (the part wit the playstation symbol on it) and then put in a gameshark, u press start game or somethin and take a knife and screwdriver and stick up under the dick tray and pull it out,and put the cdr copy in,its dangerous tho and could fuck yur ps2
