You rarely get hungry when you eat like that. You never really feel full and satisfied, but definitely not hungry.
I baught a blender over the weekend, and the last three days started the day with a Smoothie, and they're great. Not only do they taste good, they actually filled me up to lunch without snacking.- half a pint of fresh orange juice- 100g of Summer Fruit berries- one banana- one low-fat yoghurt, (strawberry or forrest fruit)- two ice cubesJust need get some Whey Powder now and it's all good.
anybody know if the V8 drinks are even that good for you? I drink one almost every day so i'm curious.
