got a question about a sample

on the the baby boy soundtrack intro there's an intro and at the last 5-10 seconds of that tracks you hear that sound... from what song is that? snoop used it too on a song at that unreleased heatrocks album. here's the baby boy intro in mp3.
anyone know? thanks in advance

the sample is a wicked track.
Its been used in many songs like Jazzy Jeff & Fresh Prince of Bel Air - Summertime, and its on the Rocky 1 film, the track he plays when he puts the vinyl on.
The track is called
Kool And The Gang - Summer Madness (1974)
