let me say 1st off, most of my fav. rappers are from the west. but T.I. is my fav. rapper, and i love the entire grand hustle movement. but you really gotta check your #s dog.

T.I. is indeed platinum
jeezy is yet to hit platinum, although he prolly will
birdman & lil wayne are FAR from platinum. there still stuck at like 570,000 sold, so plat. is outta the question
luda is also at platinum...not before he had to release like 3 videos, and he barely hit plat.

All im sayin is that alot of them buy whatever they see on t.v. and most of them south rappers are shit and dont belong on tv, there only there because people buy there records not because theyve been fans of them but because they want to keep up with what mtv is playing.  Snoop dogg and Dre defenently would have been this far because they acually concentrate on the music there putting out. Whos gonna be bumping TI or anyone else on top right now from the south 10 years from now.
