i was readin some shit on toronto rapper Kardinal Offishall on an online article and he said that hes gonna be doin some shit with Kurupt and Battlecat on his next lp.  this is some big news for canadian rap fans.  Never would i thought a canadian rapper would do a song with Kurupt!!!!! gonna be tight.  

I'm just trying to get started on the next album - I might do a battlecat track with Kurupt this weekend, and I'm trying to get something done with Primo too," Kardi says excitedly. "But also look for my production company to be doing some stuff with other labels, and putting out different people who wouldn't get an opportunity to come out otherwise - I'm gonna start investing in them, and allow other peeps to shine."

by no means is kardinal   close to nellys style.  he doesnt like the bling and shit like that.  he got his own style and is trying to bring good fun hip hop back. in fact he said he hates  people like ja rule, jay z, and so on because he feels their music kurupts peoples minds.  he goes how most of these rappers rap about shit they dont even have.  hes more like a common, or mos def, but he isn't 100% political.

Kardinal's dope, IMO.

In fact, I gotta admit it, I kinda enjoy Nelly. Oh well, at least I ain't no HipHopOcrite.

I like a lot of Canadian rap, particularly Choclair and Kardinal, though I have a war with Canada-Canadian girl broke my heart, etc.
