Like the thread says, its preference. And i still think Nas is the better. I find It Was Written boring personally.

Biggie has more charisma but I like Nas' music much more so I'll go with Nas.

I don't feel any Biggie joint as much as feel joints like

I'd say Biggie, I got mad respect for Nas but Biggie just had that crazy flow, he had better records than Nas in my opinion, I'd say Ready To Die And Life After Death are better than Illmatic and Stillmatic, not to say that I don't bump all 4 all the time, but Biggie fa sho

I'm sure there's an argument against this but the way I see it Ready to Die and Illmatic and from there Nas just demolishes. There's one good album's worth of material on LAD and then Nas has a couple near classics, stillmatic and HHID that completely blow LAD/duets/born again away. If big lived it'd be a different story but Nas still has a far far broader artistic scope than Big. did they ever collab?

i prefer biggie because he is more of a storyteller, nas comes 2 much intellectual sometimes and it can get boring. I think nas is better  and illmatic is one of the greatest album ever done. Ready 2 die has a special place in my hearth though cause it was one of the first album i ever bought when i was real young and i grew up with it

Tough one.

Nas is the better lyricist his lyrics are a lot deeper and have more hidden meaning. "Who killed it" shows that . Also check out an old thread i did a while back for another example http://www.dubcnn.com/connect/index.php?topic=90872.0

Biggie wasnt capable of that, but he could put words together better than most.

Im gonna go with Nas, but if biggie was still alive and and developed more as an artist im not sure who id say.
