I hear she's a legend, i was young when she was alive and making music and what not so i can't remember too well what she was like, so anyone got any good to say about her and her work with music? Plus who's left eye? I need education :D lol.

Thanks man, i know they background now, any particular tracks i should hear from any of these two to make me appreciate their work? I remember Aaliyah from Romeo Must Die, she was fyyyyyyyyyyyne :O 'twas a shame she died  :'( R.I.P all.

It's funny how death can make you a legend. She really was up and coming back then, but I never did enjoy her music a lot. She did have some catchy tunes (Timbaland in his prime) but in the end, her albums weren't that special to me.

What you should do is pick up her greatest hits album, can't quite remember what it's called but that will get you started. From there you should move on to her actual albums,

Her red album is pretty good. I haven't heard any other Aaliyah besides her singles.

I agree. I personally think she was a good singer, but by far not as good as people make her out to be.

back & forth & age ain't nuthin but a number killls anything she did with timbo...........that shit was just super fonky.......
