St. Paul Police: Third Grader Brought Pot to School[/u]

A St. Paul third grader has been suspended after police say he brought a small bag of marijuana to school and showed it to his friends. Police say the boy, a student at Benjamin E. Mays Magnet for Communication Arts and Leadership, was found with the drugs on Monday. St. Paul Police spokesman Tom Walsh says it's unlikely the child used the marijuana.  Walsh says the boy said he found the marijuana at his home. His mother told police someone must have left it there. No arrests have been made. But the case has been forwarded to Ramsey County child protection.
