Income Selections As Well

Why does it say on back of a test booklets it says this:

TEACHERS ONLY

Check if student is eligible for free/reduced priced lunch meals.


Why is that relevant? What does that have to do with ANYTHING? And I'm serious wit this question. I've asked so many people and they have no answers.
