Yes the US in recent years has been a global peacekeeper to many nations, thats true. but sometimes there are other motives, why u think the CIA and FBI are so secretive? not just to protect information, but to avoid pissing off Americans because to be honest, some of their operations are sheisty to say the least.

When the US started military actions in Kosovo, it was the same day as an important part in Clinton's little sex scandal (i forget what it was right now).
