the USA will be stronger, I seriously don't believe it is capable of collapsing, too much investor confidence.

Huge diseases and natural disasters will sweep across the globe, the hardest hit will be the developing and third world, but the West will also feel it, The West will become a fortress and seek to insulate itself.
China will get stronger, but there will be no cold war between the USA and China, they are actually quite compatible,  US corporations have created a great nest in China, the Western markets will be so intertwined with China, war is/will be impossible. Globalisation of capitalism will continue unabated.

I see Militant Islam spreading throughout Africa.

We will wrestle with God's Creation. We will try to control the weather, produce rain etc, genetic engineering will pick up. Every aspect of the natural world will be touched by our manipulation. Harness natural energy, etc.

I don't see major changes, outside a better technology in all domains of course.. I DO not hope China will takeover, I don't like this country idealism and culture, I'm not pro-American (though I'm very far to be anti American) but I will be WAY more pleased with the USA staying the number 1 economic power than China taking over...
