Who is smarter?....Cats or dogs?

Lots of debate about this topic over the years...Which specie do you believe possess more intellect? I actually think they're on about the same level (depending on the type of dog/cat), but are smart in different ways. Overall, cats are closer to humans in behavior, so I have to go with cats...I've seen some dogs that are fuckin geniuses though...What do you think?

They both have their moments.  Cats can shit in toilets.  Dogs can learn 300 commands in different languages.

i'm gonna say dogs, cats make me think they might be clever because they are all about their own pleasure and wants, but dogs actually fucking respond/react when I talk to them, do tricks and have bigger heads.

When I look at my own pets - my cat is annoying, she has very little spacial literacy and she's so egotistical she often gets ignored. My dog knows a lot of words and has a great sense of emotion and a little insight. Dog easily takes this imo.

I go with cats since they are really stronger in survival skills then dogs, that gotta be connected with their brain capabilities no doubt.
