help got some wierd browers hack

anyone help me? i get directed to some swedish site, Regeringen och Regeringskansliet.
i have no idea about shit like this. any help would be usefull.iv tried a few difrent progs, but still keeps going to that site

i dont understand what you mean, when you try get on any page you redirect there? or when you open your browser that becomes your homepage? possibly spyware of some description. run a test.

yeah i get redirected when i try to go to google etc.
iv ran spyware doc, mcafee, adaware, spybot and i get nothing.
