I remember this song quite well, actually.  It was over-rated back then, and it's mostly forgotten today.  Never heard the whole album, but I heard that was shit too.

One thing that's interesting - the lead rapper from the group, ROM, is Rom Malco, the same guy who played Jay in "The 40-Year Old Virgin" and MC Hammer in that VH1 movie.
