i don't have that many eastcoast albums .......
so i'd say my best 3 are

lil Kim - Hardcore 7/10
Notorious big - life after death 8/10
Foxy Brown - ill nana 4/10

West -

Snoop - Doggystyle 10/10
Snoop -tha Doggfather 8/10
Dre - 2001 9/10

ayo tanjint, George Clinton is from Virginia (i remember timbo saying something about how him and G. clinton were spawned from the same land)

so parliment are reallly a southern group...and i know like half of his backing bandwas from the south so yeah they're really a southern group if anything, New York is were their record company was as was almost every major record company was back in those days, i ain't 100% sure but i'm 80% sure about this issue
