most has been mentioned... but Snoop Dogg - Ya'll Gonna Miss Me has got a smooth g' funk synth... Storch really pulled it out on that one.

I think every song on Mad Cj Macs - True Game from 1995 has a whiny synth. Come and Take a ride has one of the best synthlines as well as Too Shorts - Just another day, Eazy E - Real Muthaphuckin Gs and Ice Cube - You know how we do it
