How do u pernouce that clothing/shoe company "dada" does it have the "a" sound like in the word "dad"?  Or the "a" sound like in the word "daughter"?

Some fools I know pronounce it "day-duh". That's how i've heard it pronounced. I'm not sure this is the way it's pronounced though.
