THUG POETRY HELP!!!

i have had the instrumental version of a song called "thug Poetry" on my computer for a while now.
supposedly this was a song by 2Pac. how did this get onto the net? and why isnt the whole version on the net? i remember seeing this song title on one of the tracklisting for i think a cd called WAR WOUNDS on tha internet
