I thought the same thing but it's actually a really good cover if you knew the reason for it. At the time it was released there was (and still is) alot of fake shit and keith speaks on it in this album. basically he got out of the mental ward and recorded this album.

and that haircut is something he's famous for. the black elvis  8)

That record is a unique rap album, with a different cover. It's something non-stereotypical and the cover shows Quik as the sensitive person that he is.




Like that other guy Im believe ALL of No Limits covers to be some of the worst ones.

I think I could have come up with coolers stuff at the age of 6 ;D
