i thought that the piano on Still D.R.E. used a sample from Maybe Tomorrow by Grant Green. anyone confirms ?


im pretty sure it was a sample because i have heard it elsewhere, i think storch just replayed t

Yeah, definitely sounds like a replayed element

Only "samples , contain elements or whatever" are just used on 3 tracks of 2001: The Next Episode, Forgot about Dre and Explosive , what are  y'all talking about ...

they don't always have to write it in the booklet... it all depends on the deal you do with whoever's got the right to the sample.

I'm Sure Dre would have done it himself...but why when there is  a Piano player out there, that would do a better Job!!
afterall thats why there are pple out there that Play instrumnets....thats just my way of seeing it!!
if sumbody is Good at something, then if it's cool with them get them to play a few tunes for you..
I think Muisc creation should be fun, not frustrating..
Just my two cents..not a diss to nobody, just my own thoughts on the said subject

advert for The Guardian?? been looking for the sample, all the websites for Music from Adverts say it is Still D.R.E. when it blatantly isnt...
