Independent rap boss Tech N9ne’s first collaborative album, Tech N9ne Collabos Misery Loves Kompany, arrives in stores today. Joining Tech N9ne on Misery Loves Kompany are Yukmouth, Big Krizz Kaliko, Kutt Calhoun, Skatterman, Snug Brim, Prozak, Big Scoob, T-Nutty, Dalima and others.

In a July 12 Los Angeles Times feature, writer Charlie Amter says that the album "showcase[s Tech N9ne’s] formidable delivery." Amter also writes the Misery Loves Kompany cut "Midwest Choppers" features "a hypnotic, hymn-like chorus that Bone Thugs-N-Harmony would kill for." Forthcoming Misery Loves Kompany coverage can be found in The Source and Murder Dog, among other outlets.

As Misery Loves Kompany arrives in stores, Tech N9ne is in the midst of co-headlining the Strange Noize tour with the Kottonmouth Kings. Nine out of the first 11 shows have sold out, and four out of the next five concerts are already sold out. The Strange Noize tour is Tech N9ne’s biggest headlining tour to date and is the fastest selling tour of his career. Below is the remaining itinerary for the Strange Noize Tour.

Tech N9ne’s most recent studio album, 2006’s Everready (The Religion), has sold more than 100,000 units and Tech N9ne is one of the few independent rap artists to have ringtones available. In the first four days that Tech N9ne ringtones were available, he sold more than 3,000 of them.
