IN this YaBB forum because Overseeer is admin he has admin options. In that option bit you go to Ban Members and it'll have have 2 choices. through IP or E-Mail and you can jsut type in the IP address and save that is how you ban through IP...that's if your YaBB board the same as mine though and it looks very like it is.
