Is there a way to change my IP?  It's a fucking pain in the ass when I'm trying to DL some music on megaupload or rapidshare or some shit and I have to wait like an hour or 2 between downloads.  Somebody help my dumb ass.

Depends on your ISP really. You may even have a static ip assigned, which means you won't be able to change it at all. Some dynamic ips you can't change yourself either, and some you can simply change by reconnecting. But shit, these days I wouldn't know how to...
