i don't agree with people saying that Dre is way past his prime: i still like his old stuff, but compare it with the new stuff and you can hear the growth.
plus, he didn't suddenly lose his ability to coach.

Why do you think he won't listen to it?

he stated a few times that he doesn't like listening to his old stuff + a song is played out for him after it has been made ( if i'm not mistaken).
so i think he only gets to hear it when someone else is playing it
