Two things, and these are my final thoughts on the matter:

1) I'm extra extra down to wait for his housewarming party thing.

2) Only thing that could convince me otherwise is knowing the details on him at the beach smoking. When does that beach close? Is it chill at night? Can we post there? etc.

oh and the pad, this gonna be your pad or you and the family? and if so is it like a full household (mom, dad, two siblings, a dog etc.) or just like you and one parent or what? Not tyring to pry, but I've gathered enough stoners in one place and seen it all go wrong too many times not to look for details.
