I don't mean that it sounds like they sample the same song or anything, but both tracks do have the same type of women's vocals in the background and a simple drum.

But You Got Admit..it's Very Alike..i.e Both Tracks..They Kinda Have the same Tempo..
I got both Tracks Playing at the same Time, and I'm Listenin With My Head Phones on..and the dude on the track seem to flow perfectly well On That Bishop Track..

But It's still A Nice Track..i.e Bishop's Track...
