I checked on cdnow and that song is old school, before Snoop came out. Now, when did Snoop start using Izzle? In the song "Snoop Dogg", now if you watch the video, their is a school bus full of women.. on the school bus it says "Double Dutch Bus" ... so and if you listen to the beat of both songs... they sound quite similar... so Snoop is giving mad props to the "Double Dutch Bus" dude... so its not e40 and Snoop beef, its not beef at all... just calm down and chill
