Make sure you turn your weaknesses into strengths.

For example

"What would you say your biggest weakness is as part of an employment team?"

"Oh , alot of my friends say I'm TOO organized. Like..I always like stuff to be finished before I go on to the next thing, and my stuff's always too perfect and I get kind of annoyed when they mess it up....I'm really attentive to detail bla bla" they eat that shit up.
