Overseer - Moderating !!!!!

Wot exactly can a moderator do on this board if they can't ban members and isn't there a way of getting round that by changing wot they can and can't do. Also if you gonna appoint moderators I think the whole board should have a say on who they think should be so it's like who they trust or know can do a job y'nah. Just a thought.

Anyway mods can just do the usual delete topics I think, close/open threads, edit other peoples posts.

Though global moderators who can do any thing to any board get to IP ban people but we aint got no global mods on this board...maybe thats what we need, some you know you can trust and also get mods for this board.

Regular mods can delete topics, lock topics, change topics and the posts in them and move topics.

oh yeah you right. I remember now. Moderators can only access the topics and do stuff with them it's only admins that can ban users. Well like isn't there more than 1 admin for this site but maybe it's best to keep it just to 1 as there ain't any problems there but there should be some new mods installed and when banning people I just think you should ask the rest of the members before banning a person and see wot they think. LIke some poeple have been doing asking for a perosn to be banned and because of popular agreement or they state a fact i.e racist then that person should be banned cause you could have just one person who h8's the member they want banned yet everybody else get's along with that member wanting banned.
